Our general delivery and payment conditions apply to all our offers, agreements and their implementation.

Returns

If you wish to return items, you can choose to bring them back to the nearest hydroshop. If you wish to return the items by post, please fill in the return form. You can only ship the items to us after you have received an RMA with return instructions. You can find the return form in your My Account after logging in.
